Bro that's a new phone. Your C9 pro is about 5 to 6 months old. Now Market has started giving phones with nougat so samsung has also to do so. You will also get it soon

Bro I tell u a genuine thing. Its better to get update late than getting a buggy update. You can see S7 and S6 INS people they are crying coz of bugs. You people will directly get 7.1.1 as samsung will not work twice for midrangers so directly it may be working on it and soon it will roll it out. S8 followed by all other eligible devices.

No I guess upper Midrangers (A 2016 series and C series) will get 7.0 rather than 7.1 if we go acc to Samsung Turkey's Timeline- acc to which we'll receive nougat on Midrangers starting from A 2016 series from May end. I think Samsung would not provide 7.1 to us. 7.0 is in development for a long time now

Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices. Nougat is already planned for the concern Samsung devices soon these are going to receive a nougat update.
