Since two years I am facing an issue with my Samsung J7 mobile, from the time I purchased.
1. I am not able to connect my mobile with lenova slim laptop, they both are not supporting each other.
2. Charges(Bat) very slow and drains very fast. 3. Whenever I plug in OTG, it is not visible in my mobile.
all these happens only in my mobile, my sister she is using the same model, her's is supporting.
as I was busy travelling to work, I kept ignoring it from writing.
Now today, I explored this forum, hence I am writing, if I get solution from this community.
New problem is:
Sandisk original OTG which I bought 5months ago, was functionally fine all these days till 2hrs ago, all of a sudden it is not recognised in mobile now, I formatted otg, restarted mobile, changed developer setting, usb config (enabled Transfering files, usb debugging ). Tried all these, still otg is not seen in mobile, bt its working in other mobile and laptop.
so help me to solve tis otg issue and if possible connecting mobile with laptop for transfering file.
