i bought my s7 edge a month ago and recently i noticed a problem with the fingerprint sensor, its not spoilt completely but it doesnt work most of the time.. i dont know if its the hardware or software, any suggestion from fellow s7 edge users with similar problem..

you can try adding the fingerprint of the same finger 2~3 times I mean you need to add same finger as different fingers

there is one possibility did u r phone updated to nougat means it ill definitely messed up with finger print setting .so try to reset fingerprint and it ill work fine.

same problem here with s7. Once in 5 or 6 times the sensor recognises my fingerprint, i have tried all the above mentioned possibilities. but still facing the same problem and its really made me regret paying 41k for this phone.
