You Can Restore Using Samsung Or Google Account.
To Restore From Google, Go To Settings> Google> Set Up & Restore> Then Click Restore Contacts.
To Restore From Samsung Cloud, Go To Settings > Accounts & Back Up > Back Up & Restore > Restore Data> From There Tick The Relevant App Or Section Then Click Restore

Go to Google>Manage your Account>>Search for contacts >> Go to last changes from 30 days ago. This is if you saved your contacts in your gmail.
