How do i restore my samsung notes (files) after factory reset ,please help

go to settings >account and backup >backup and restore >restore>then select documents only to restore

no it didt help , it was not restorw

bro means you didn't took backup

If you enabled sync before then just go to notes settings and enable cloud.. That's it every notes restores.

Then you didn't have backup to restore.. You should have had backup of everything using smartswitch..

If sync and restore didn't work then there are no backups to restore.. Not possible..
