Recently unaware unlike apple iphone back up in Galaxy Note 10 plus while taking the back up Samsung Cloud I lost all my Samsung professional notes a hard work of 4 months. When I tried to add in Back & Restore Samsung Notes the option is not there. And when i contacted Samsung help desk as well as service center nobody has a solution. Does anybody faced the same problem and are any solutions available?

Hi there,

Ensure the steps to restored Samsung notes data via- Settings > accounts and backup > Samsung cloud or Samsung account > restore.

In case, If data has been lost accidentally and you have not taken any backup of it then there is no way to retrieve your data.

However, for future we recommend you to take back up in your PC, kindly install Smart Switch software in your PC from the below link:

thanks team Samsung just to share I had gone and taken the back up exactly as you have shared above Samsung Notes does not get saved on Samsung cloud as there is no provision please recheck and siggest
