In my Galaxy Note 9 after the One UI 2.5 update in an incoming call, callers can't hear my voice but in an outgoing call no issues occur. Is there anyone facing the same!?
I tried your method again it only worked for the first call. the caller could hear my voice. but from the second call again same problem continued. I'm in Nepal, this mobile was brought from Australia so Samsung Service Center refused to help me. Is there any other way I can get it fixed? except for going to some third-party repair center and reverse the last software update. I want to keep that as a last option.
it was a good news that after all that worry and trying different methods to fix my phone, I suddenly realized that sim might have been broken and I was right. There was no problem with the device but only with the sim. Thank you so much for helping and doing your best.
latest update: the problem was not with a particular sim. I changed it but still problem exist. in Nepal we have 2 major telecom services. my phone is rejecting one of them. any sim from Nepal Telecom has the problem with this device. I tried and swapped sim with my wife, exactly same problem appears. have you ever heard anything like this? I will talk with Telecom today.
I got it fixed from Samsung customer care that it was conflicting with Bixby wake up voice command. it was on. now I turn it off, and the problem is gone. all this information can be helpful for others too. Thanks
