previous emails issue- Samsung Galaxy A30

Hi all. I have an issue with my emails . I am not able to find my previous very important emails but I never deleted them. Samsung A30

Enable Syncing And Or Sync Manually.
Clear Cache Of The Email App

Please access your email from the browser to view your old emails. The email app will only keep emails for a certain period of time. 

Please note that if your emails have been deleted from the mailbox, they will also be deleted once you sync your emails on your phone.
