phone slow and have doubt

After July I have doubt that I have attacked by some malware or some other. But I'm not sure about that. I have got that doubt because 
1) phone is some what slow 
2) some thing is downloading but within seeing that it was dissappearing. Even though I seen that  fastly there was no detail on the top. It is not going anywhere if I touched that noticification also
3) yesterday I have seen one thing. While playing games( on Flipkart) , the display comes with some black bubbles( moving from place to place) at some places and went after some time.
Can I do the reset, to come out from this problem.

first try these settings

Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.
This will Help you to overcome this issue

it will not enable any disable app
but after done that settings, just for confirmation check again your disable apps

bro! this will enable all the disabled apps bro! I have just disabled the Facebook and netflix and Facebook services alone. will this solve my issue?

restart and check the screenshot. we can take the screenshot by different manner
1) press the hold volume down and power button
2) turn on the assistance feature in the setting if available for your mobile model.
3) turn on palm swipe option to take the screen shot in the settings
