I HV purchased note 20 ultra on 25th Aug. In last 5 days I have experienced serious battery related issues. Battery is getting exhausted in less than 12 hours. Can someone help in this that it is a problem and its battery is week.

it is because you are using 120hz ,change it 60 hz you will see battery extension.

I tried doing that too but still battery is getting drained fast. I have one plus 8 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max and even if I compare with these two devices also its very bad.

you should have bought tab s7 plus it is way better than note 20 ultra.

- Battery optimization:- Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question). Kindly send us the screenshot (which apps are consuming most of the battery).
