Why my galaxy m20 does not support fast charging for last 2-3 days n it is charging with normal charger can anybody help me out of this

hi, All M series most of mobile users facing these problem. I'm also facing this issue i will try basic things and Reinstall software update in Samsung service center but no use still problem is same. it's totally last month (july) security patch level update software bug or glitch. so please wait next month now (August) security patch level update maybe in this software the problem is fixed. there is no any other solution about this problem because i checked several options but no use.

I'm using M20 and I got security patch update around 25jun I don't any problems found in my device.
