Please anyone tell me how to remove this slide to unlock from lock screen permanently.

this is not the Samsung lock screen...u have download some third party lock screen app...uninstall that app...

before unlocking the face lock, finger lock I have to unlock this slide to unlock every time. then what is the use of all these lock.

I have done refactory reset .but the issue is same .how I know which is the third party app which create this issue. tell me

may be if you download good lock apps then may be you can able to modifie your lock screen... you can know more on XDA https://www.xda-developers.com/samsung-good-lock-updated-galaxy-devices-one-ui/amp/
Samsung Good Lock gets updated to support Galaxy devices ...
