my lock key is not powering off phone but showing bixby and i want to restart phone

Settings, advanced features, side key, change power and hold to power off menu.

Setting> Advanced features > Side key> press and hold -power Off menu *Enable it*

When you scroll down notification you will see a power menu, click on that then you will se an option side keys, now you can change power off in press and hold, I have also attached screenshot for your reference,
