DO NOT HOPE FOR THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET A REVIEW UNIT OF SMARTPHONE FROM ANY COMPANY AS YOU SAID YOU ARE NEW TO YOUTUBE means neither you have audience base nor any proven business presentation skills
they never entertain such way , few has just online request forms in their websites but they will not allow so easily
you can view some experiences from most popular youtuber example Technical sagar with more than 2M subscriber got rejected for such review unit . he explained that on his channel already
better way to start to approach a dealer or shop , express your motive of doing so with the owner of the shop . they usually allow that but you have to handover the device to them or may be through your videos you have to promote their shop
