hi sir I'm using samsung Galaxy j8 past 2years after android 10 updates I didn't get any security patch level updates sir so may in know yesterday I saw in samsung member they shows j8 is not eligible for android 11 then how you selling this mobile in market day by day world is going fast so but my mobile is getting slow ah sir pls I need android 11 updates in j8 sir pls concern about my issue sir I'm the only person asking request about this sir pls help me sir I'm waiting for your kind replay sir

it's not possible due to hardware issues you already got 2 major android updates of android 9 and Android 10 you won't get any further android updates its already outdated device it was launched on 2018 and it's nearly 2021 you'll may get few security patches (not assuring you), most probably you will but don't keep hope for android updates. hope you may understand

J8 not eligible to get Android 11 as it was only eligible to get 2 major Android OS upgrades than 3. It have successfully received its two Android OS upgrades and now there's no chance to get 3rd Android OS upgrade which is Android 11. You can now only expect to get Security patch updates only.

Please be assured and to resolve "device working slow" kindly follow the given below step:

>>Check device cache: Settings>Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.
