Is any one suggest solutions regarding heating issue while using Zoom video calling app

kindly uninstall clear cache and check first if heating still occurs also check this problem in safe mode if heating occurs in both methods then factory reset once and reinstall zoom

kindly reinstall the app.if you again suffer you may try skype too. As Zoom being very unsafe and that's why your phone isn't responding good for that proper application.
