people usually think if their phone is updated to newer version they get a lot of goodies but in reality it isnt the truth see i know it has advantages but at the same time it has major cons like heating battery drain lag etc.... the main thing is that the update need to be stable for that device in other words compatible it has to match up the specs to get good performance coz see we update software updates...do we update hardware? do we? No we don't update hardware.. basically my point is let the company take their own time to make the update stable or else it doesn't perform well software updates are from google not by samsung so they have to redesign the stock update given by google to Samsung ui... be patient!

If a Chinese company like OnePlus can roll out latest updates and Bug fixes in no time then what stops Samsung, well established brand to do the same at least for it's 1000$ flagships?

because samsung has not only note series and s series it has established many series including A series J series On series C series one plus has its high end flagships so it can concentrate only on flagships in terms of updates but samsung has to manage both high end and mid rangers

1+ has only 2 devices which are countable by our fingers. Samsung has a plethora of phones in each series & presence in many countries. Its simple. Thats it.

samsung cant afford to skip mid rangers because its earning maximum amount of profits from mid rangers than flagships

it's not my problem that Samsung has 100 devices. I paid 1000$ for a flagship and I expect it to be treated like one. Why pay premium when I am going to be given third class treatment? Did you know we pay premium of 10 to 15K compared to US market?
