in j7 prime there fingerprint error they have no work properly pls update fingerprint

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that please remove the registered fingerprint from the device and re register the fingerprint again and restart the device. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
