I think it's been high time that we got the 'Total'/'Pure' Dark Mode in our Galaxy smart devices running One UI.
In the current dark mode, you get a dimmed quick panel, Samsung apps, i.e settings, Samsung members or other system apps, supported apps like WhatsApp, YouTube, etc, but some apps don't switch to dark mode, like Amazon & all app icons remain unchanged.
I think dark mode should also turn the system UI & app icons dark, and force all apps to function in dark mode when dark mode is enabled.
Also, a voice-mail feature like Apple's is much-awaited.
Or even an official button is required that uses fingerprint, pin, or whatever lock type users use on their devices to lock apps via system UI rather than installing 3rd party apps to do that, again, that Apple has. This feature would increase privacy.
The beta program will start in December 2025 for the S25 and later expand it to other models Although Samsung has not released any list yet but you can expect a stable ONE UI 8.5 in second quarter of 2026 after the launch of S26 and Samsung never says the exact date so be patient until you get notified
