I m using A31 devicenl purchasd on 7th Aug.
From day one face detection not working many times.

This steps followed number of times even alternative face.
If it is not working from day one then there is no option that Samaung has to replace handset to keep its credibility.
Device purchased on 6th Aug issue reported with 2 to 3 days.
Samsung recomed me to go to service center is this correct approach.
