yes . S20 Plus is eSIM supported
All the new Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra are equipped with an eSIM. Thanks to the eSIM, users will be able to use dual SIM cards. It means that the eSIM on Galaxy S20 models allows you to immediately connect to another mobile operator without using a physical SIM cards.

eSIM is available on Galaxy s20 listed below. eSIM requires a wireless service plan and allows you to activate a mobile network plan without the use of a nano-SIM. Check with your carrier if your mobile network plan supports eSIM. eSIM availability may vary depending on country and carrier. See below for a list of countries and carriers with eSIM support on each Galaxy smartphones.
* Use of eSIM on Galaxy smartphone which is purchased in some countries may be disabled.
