samsung have not any proper solutions when your delivery is delayed, the y have no idea wht to answer and how to solve. whenever you questioning them they have one typical answer we are escalating your issue to out HO team. guys i suggest you to choose any genuine brand and retailer when you can ash your issue and they are capable to solve it. tell me if any one have solution to deliver may order ASAP.
