clock symbol in my status bar

I am using Samsung galaxy max on yesterday suddenly a clock symbol appear on the status bar.
I didn't use alaram also i don't know how this happen 
I have restart my mobile and the problem is still there.
So please help and solve this issue for me

kindly uninstall and install Samsung members app...i saw this error solution in Samsung members forum only... try and reply
