charging problem

After updating my c9pro its charging speed is very slow.pls help

Some time charging cable or charger has defect so check with other.

Also do a factory reset and check same issue.

thank you but for my m30s there is no such issue by same cable.

There are two options:
•factory data reset is one option
•visting service centre is another option (also be safe #covid19)
