no idea about it but u can connect to mi device. i think not sure .never i use mi phone.thanks.

no you cannot connect to samsung health app
but there is a mifit app to which you can connect ur band 3

you cannot directly connect. but you can use HEALTH SYNC app to sync data from GOOGLE FIT to SAMSUNG HEALTH. so first connect mi fit to google fit to health sync to Samsung health. I do same, it work flawlessly (pedometer,sleep tracking & heart rate. all showing on Samsung health)

I think u can connect it with any device but u have to download app from play store
