phone break or such incident is always accounted as User negligence

it is not so easy to break or temper a body of a phone

definitely it is because of accidental pressure

Yes, after 1 month my son's A50 was automatically bent. No misuse,  no scratches or cracks. Bent so badly it can see-saw with glass screen lying face down.  We put in a warranty claim from the store of purchase (Officeworks) not knowing what is the cause of the problem (we thought maybe the battery was overheating or faulty) but SAMSUNG reports there is nothing wrong with the battery and it cannot be claimed under warranty. I obviously was not happy with this response and have esculated the matter with Samsung Customer Care.  I am going to fight for either a replacement or refund of money. The phone is obviously of poor workmanship and Samsung needs to own up to their mistakes.  We are in Australia.
