battery issue

its been 7months I'm using m21 android 11. my phone is not getting good battery and having heat issues. my battery is getting only 10 hours and my phone gets heating while i use. what should i do to get 2 days battery health and heating issue

10 hrs is not bad and battery screen on time is depends on your uses
