Very bed experience with Samsung Smart cafe, Bapunagar Ahmedabad , they are literally cheated me , I was by Samsung Galaxy 20+ phone pri booked on 8th March and on 9th they call me to your phone is available now then I purchased on 9th March but i still not get Galaxy Buds+ which was available with scheme with this phone and I complained at shop on 19th March but they said you complaint by mail to company and I mailed many times but company said the problem created by seller, and now a days about 3 months gone but stell i they dont give me the Scheme and then i complaint at Samsung head Quarter then yesterday by store superwiser **bleep** Mr. Aakesh called me and they talk with me Rufly and they said **bleep** things when i purchased that phone they told me they didnt give me that schme wHy i dont know , i think they cheated me because last 3 months they think polietly and make me full but i ahave all call recording in my phone and also mails whish i sent the company and store owner but i am trust on samsung company and they must heard my complaint and take action to that **bleep** and also store owner and give me the Justice.
