Guys it's been 2months, I'm using samsung a31. But due to some issues I want to exchange my device. The thing is, if I look into the exchange list in Amazon & in Flipkart app I'm not getting the device(samsung a31)name. Do you guys know how to get through with this??
The major reasons for the exchange :
1. High budget(22k).
2. Processor is not upto the price, its quite low I'd say.
3. Camera:- Even though its a quad camera setup, this doesn't have slowmo, timelapse, nighscape & super slowmo.
I think when you pay 22k, & you just get only these many features then, guys don't buy this product. --------》When you call to customer care they just tell "in the very next update, customers are going to get the camera features add on". Literally I've been hearing this since 2 months, but nothing as changed wrt camera aspect.
