Idk bro but this problem is acknowledged on reddit and xda, someone on the samsung group also confirmed.
Audio output is fine but during calls there is problem of using external usb c mic due to dac/ audio hal issues.

everything will work fine whether it is audio output or mic 👍 but only go for best, don't compromise with quality.
