Youtube App displays Chinese characters on Samsung TV

It's a global issue.

Why this is happening ? Its happening since 2020 for me. I reset the TV multiple times since then. After rest, its gone for few days and comes back after the app updates. This is so annoying. Samsung should listen and take feedbacks across all products not only to Samsung smartphones. 

Take a look at this issue and try to fix.

"YouTube" app. "Comes back after the 'app' updates". I don't really think that its an issue on Samsung's side. Anyways, I'll look into this and will share a solution if I find one.

Global issue on YouTube's side. People are reporting this on LG TVs too.

This is what I found. There is no proper answer as to why this is happening.

Oh, this is interesting 🤔 but I have no restriction in my network. If you see the above link, the Samsung user has posted and updated periodically. He's having this issue regardless of router and settings change. It's still strange that there's no proper direction or fix as to why this is happening from any of the associated brands (either Samsung, LG or from YouTube).

Yeah, that's strange. This issue has been around since way back in 2018 as far as I have seen. But its strange that YouTube (or even Samsung or LG for that matter) hasn't given any notice on this. Surely there is a fix, but what it is, is unknown.

Anyways, I'll share this thread with our team, if someone has a solution, they will help you, but I'm not too hopeful. Hope you understand :)
