Why are samsung customer services so **bleep** bad?
No response whatsoever , did not process cashback and when the concern was raised, they have gone silent.
No respect of delivery dates.
Bloody lousy support staff and absolutely horrible services.

Yes the service has drastically downgraded over a period of time. Especially after Sales is worst.

Exactly. They just want to match apple by copying their launch events and propaganda. **bleep** lousy staff
Their own document states cashback on A23 upon using ICICI CC, and I did not get the instant discount and on top of that, the staff says "We haven't received request for cashback"
