Why are mods deleting my posts

I posted a bad service experience and they keep on deleting that post

I dont know why they keep deleting it this is my 3 post regarding this.

I am recording it this time lets see if they delete it again Update :They did delete it again i had posted the complaint in comments and ir recieved this reply today which is a reply for my follow up its content is the same since the past 6 days😅

We can't blame samsung.. as there are some service centres who don't care.

But i have contacted samsung to intervene its been 5 days since i contacted them i follow up with them everyday they just say matter has been escalate and we will take strict action but nothing is happening

Bcoz they have capacity only to delete such posts and not solve issues or improve product. Waste and specially this samsung india team is not fit for anything.
