Why ? Samsung note 20 ultra still didn't get the latest OS update ?

This is really unfair , why we didn't got the update yet ? 

After spending so much amount into this phone and note 20 ultra didn't even got the latest update 

I have my alternate spare phone note 10 lite 

Even that phone got the latest update of ONE UI 4.1
