Recently I have been experiencing that if I am on a Whatsapp voice call or messenger video call, if I minimize the call and start using another app such as Instagram or Facebook the call gets disconnected. The call gets connected if I move back to the call window. I am not able to use any other app when I am the call.

Turn off battery optimisation and allow background usage and data transfer on both apps. Also check permissions and allow the app to draw on top of other apps.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.

Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
