Hello,
You cannot do Video KYC to open an account and apply for a credit card from Samsung mobile. Because during VIDEO KYC the camera is not able to focus on the important ID like PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD. I tried to do video KYC from all Samsung Galaxy F62, F42, Samsung Galaxy A54, Samsung galaxy F23. Everyone is facing the same problem. For your information, let me tell you that the camera is perfect, there is no dust in front of the camera. Still the camera is not able to focus properly. Not able to show ID like PAN CARD and AADHAR CARD. Who has faced problem while using Samsung mobile during video KYC? Please do comment.

Yah problem Har Samsung device mein hai V KYC wale Khud Samne se kah Dete Hain Samsung ke alava dusra phone use karo maine bhi card ke liye apply kiya tha to Fir dusre phone use Kiya

You should know this by now. Don't ask for log file when you clearly know the issues. Contact your partner bank and see if their KYC process has been successfull? Every bank asks if you're using samsung when doing Video KYC and they reject/disconnect the call if its samsung. And we need to do it in another mobile.
