Yesterday I bought a new VI sim card 
And started using it after some times I noticed that there is no logo of VoLTE 
I restarted my device but still the same then I tried to call customer care at 199
But the number is showing invalid 
Then I wrote an email to the customer care about VoLTE and today i reacived a call from customer care and then they said the golden words that "I am sorry to inform to you that in your Circle presently VoLTE service is not available" so before buying a VI sim first assure that VoLTE is present in your circle or not.

yes that is the reason, atleast you got proper answer otherwise they only replied your device is not supported volte 😁

just try this...send SMS as ACTVOLTE to 12345

Try change to some other telcos like Airtel or jio. jio is only 4G so you will get definitely
