Samsung has no fixed update programme. It is time they get more professional at their job. One of the ways to be professional at their job would be that Samsung should clearly state in the box pack of every device it manufactures whether or not the device OS is qualified for an update. This would save much time and energy of customers who search and scour the entire worldwide web to find out if or not an update is available. C'mon Samsung be more PROFESSIONAL!
