Why isn't Samsung Pay Mini a default app for S20 FE?

SAMSUNG S Secure is not compatible with S20 FE. As S20 FE is a high-end phone, Samsung should provide or integrate an App Lock facility in the phone rather than leaving the customer to install 3rd party or Non-Samsung approved
