Unable to set Message center address

I can't send sms in message app.So I checked settings of message and I noticed that message centre number  is not saved.When I typed and pressed the save option the number is not saving

Pls help me with this

Clear data of messege app and then just restart your phone , Now open the messeging app

Tried it more than twice..
Nothing happened

Ask your service provider for correct message centre number

I got the correct message centre number,I think it's phone's problem

Insert sim in another phone try to send message n see if its working or not.and also note down message centre number from that phone too
