Unable to activate Microsoft office 2021 in Galaxy Book 2

So I have recently purchased a new laptop, Samsung Galaxy Book 2, from Amazon. It is supposed to come pre-installed with MS Office Home & student 2021. I have logged in using my existing microsoft account and I have activated windows. However, MS Office is not getting activated. It is still prompting me for subscribing to office 365 or entering License key. I have updated the app to latest version, restarted multiple times. Going to Microsoft help page isn't being helpful. 

Can anyone please guide me how to activate MS Office that is pre-installed on a new laptop?

Same problem with me aslo

For me, also same problem.

Contacted Microsoft team, Amazon team, Samsung customer care from may 9th.

Still issue is not resolved.

I'm spending more time talking with customer care, than doing my work.
