Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to register my Samsung Portable SSD T9 on the Samsung website. When I enter the serial number, it accepts it just fine. But then it asks me to enter the model number, and no matter what I type, it says "no result found."

I've double-checked the model number on the device and even tried variations, but still no luck.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions on how to successfully register it?

But if this feature is discontinued, then how are we supposed to get proper support for these products?
Why are they still selling these devices if there's no clear way to register them or get support through the app or any other platform?

This really needs clarification from Samsung.

We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the screenshots for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
