Touch Sensitivity

I need suggestions from anyone for my issue tht is.. on maps or playing pubg marking location or fast typing doesnt work touch .. i have increased the touch sensitivity . 

I tired after factory reset still issue is same.

I am using samsung A50 5 days old

to samsung devs: the problem with touch sensitivity is when the user tap the screen it often detected as very short swipes instead of dot. so maybe add an option to reduce touchscreens' sensitivity. many users experience this so i really look i to this screen fix
