Expect Samsung; most of the other Android phones have the option to disable Wi-Fi and mobile networks separately for each app. It is a required feature so we can decide which app can use Wi-Fi and mobile networks separately or completely disable internet access to that particular app, so we can use other apps without disabling Wi-Fi or the mobile network.

Go to individual apps and disable the background network usage.

It doesn't restrict network access completely to that app, when we open that app it can access network. There is no seperate option to disable wifi and mobile networks separately or both at same time while using that application, we want to disable wifi and mobile data completely to all apps.
