The Samsung Community App was supposed to be a platform where people helped each other but most of the people here either 
1 Advertise youtube sites.
2 Copy and Paste news from various   
    sources without proper Refrences.
3 Or are here for the promotions offered,
    not really willing to help anyone.
4 There are many duplicate posts made   
    from content published on sites like
    sam mobile, gsmarena etc.

There is nothing wrong in this but the main purpose of this app is defeated due to the sheer number of threads available. People looking for solution to problems have to scroll through tons of threads in vain and still gain little to no help.

Some tips I can offer are-
1 Limit the number of threads a person can
   create according to levels and appoint
   forum moderators and official forum
   content creators.
2 Create an off topic section for all other
   threads and also a totally different
   thread for promotions so that the main
   device help forum is not spammed.

Yes agree. It west lot of resouces of system. Members spend unnecessary time to look at it and surfing. Comment Poster get score of number of viewer and comments are some time non productive. Subjecte of post should be seperated out as per device or of common concern. Which will help to view constructivly. And will devlop correct and positive image of Samsung.

you r right..bcoz of some illiterate people & lots of spammers...we r facing junkies in one of the most helpful app Samsung MEMBERS.....
we need to keep posting this kind of posts so that Samsung Admins can reach of this kind of disturbance....
