I have received it when I bought an A21s for my father. I have applied for it. But not used it anytime.

They sent me code through SMS to apply. Now I can't use it because 1 year completed from last October.

Contacted samsung shop customer care more than 4 times, every time they say you would get the same within 24 to 48 hours...

I choose samsung because it is an Indian company, but very much disappointed by the service.
I don't think I would ever recommend Samsung to any of my friends...
