Battery connector having loose contact. Actually, inside battery a thermistor is installed to measure temperature & that thermistor connection is not making proper contact.

Step 2: Put your phone in the ideal condition.
Step 3: Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings >> Device care >>Storage >>CLEAN NOW

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
