The frame tv green colour spot issue.

Over the past two weeks, I am dealing with the green color stain (screen pixel problem) in my smasung 50 inch QLED TV frame. I called the samsung tech he said need to replace the whole TV screen and it nearly cost 40 to 50k. There's no sense in spending that much money on parts replacement. Smasung should do something about the cost of spare parts or should make an on-screen correction.

My Samsung frame tv gave problem within 1 month of purchase (purchased on 05/10/2021). I asked for replacement of complete TV set which they denied and said that they will replace panel and give one year extended warranty.
After agreeing to them, on 14/12/2021 panel was changed and extended warranty till 05/10/2023 was done.
But on 11/12/2022, the replaced panel completely stopped working. I raised a complaint for replacement of complete tv this time or refind me purchase price of tv. After mailing, tweeting, and posting on fb, they told that they can replace panel for my TV to which I did not agree and stood firm on my demand for complete TV replacement or refund of my TV price.
Finally they had agreed for refund of my TV price and they will take away this tv set.

Ive agree to it.
Process is under progress.

Same issue in 55inch 1 green dot at bottom update latest update only may be the pixel couldn't refresh need to restart multiple times to refresh green dot pixel... is that software or hardware ????
