The One UI 5 update

After the update I have noticed that that the notification panel has been downgraded. 

Like Instagram notifications have no colour in them. They are just grey and white, whatsapp notifications are grouped together under a whatsapp logo.

How do I bring back colour in the logos and remove the grouping feature?
