My touch screen is not working properly after this one ui 7 update. In a week 3 times it jam my touch about 12/16 hour.

My phone is Samsung f34. Suddenly it touch is not working Properly. While the phone is running, the touch suddenly stops working. When I try to restart it, it asks me to enter the password, but I can't enter the password because the touch is not working. i fix this problem 3 times but it appear again. And service centre told software issue.
